Join Plan Academy for a live learning lab with Michael Lepage, CEO of Plan Academy, exploring how AI can be used to support project planning in Primavera P6.
In this interactive session, participants will be placed into breakout groups and given a real-world scheduling exercise. Each group will use the AI tool of their choice to follow specific scheduling prompts then work through the planning assumptions, risks, and sequencing decisions that matter in real project controls work.
After the exercise, we’ll come back together to review the results, compare approaches, and discuss what worked, what didn’t, and where AI can genuinely add value for project controls professionals.
This session is designed to be practical, collaborative, and honest. Rather than just talking about AI in theory, we’ll test it in a real planning scenario and unpack the lessons learned for scheduling, project controls, and Primavera P6 workflows.About Michael Lepage - PMP
