Power BI: Linking Images to Your Reports

Learn how to link progress images to a project schedule and display them dynamically in Power BI. The process involves:

Assigning Activity Codes – Assign activity codes to tasks in Primavera P6 (e.g., shaft work, tunnel work, pipe work).
Exporting Data to Excel – The project schedule, including activity codes, is copied into a provided Excel template.
Uploading Images to Google Drive – Progress images are stored in a Google Drive folder and renamed to match activity codes. Public sharing is enabled, and links are copied into the Excel sheet.
Preparing Data for Power BI – The Excel file is imported into Power BI. Necessary data transformations (e.g., setting headers, formatting dates) are applied.
